Our purpose: We develop, manufacture and market a range of unique animal heath products for companion animal to support veterinary care and also for the pet speciality sector. Our core brand Oralade® is the UK’s No1 veterinary Oral rehydration product for companion animal and exported to over 54 countries worldwide. We also have an exciting new brand Vets Menu®  launching this Autumn and other innovative products in the pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for the role of Marketing manager to drive the growth and opportunities of our brands and products through Digital marketing, PR, Events and all aspects of our marketing strategy.


The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, advertising and creative content within the business.

Working closely with the MD, Technical dept and our graphic design or outside agencies, suppliers to deliver projects within target timelines.

Also working with our veterinary marketing agency and regulatory on messaging and packaging regulatory guidelines to stay within technical parameters.

A fast-paced busy role covering everything from packaging, print, exhibitions, literature, advertising, multi-language labels, social channels, and presentations. Using media; animation, website, photography, illustration to convey product or marketing messages that are creative and deliver on brand.

Ability to simplify and enhance key messages for different target audiences.

Play a lead role in Brand development and creative for new product design to support and grow Oralade® further and the opportunity to create the global marketing approach for new brand Vets Menu®.

Build, maintain and promote an energetic and innovative approach to working with existing distribution partners, internal and external stakeholders.


Key skills & experience:

  • 3 years in existing or similar role
  • Highly competent in Adobe creative suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone or part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating Digital marketing and promotional campaigns
  • SEO, google ads, Social marketing
  • Multitask and can-do approach, with good problem solving skills
  • Manage schedules and planning to deliver on tight deadlines
  • Focused and attention to detail



Salary range £36,000 to £50,000 negotiable based on experience
